  1. The sermon compared church to a commercial fishing boat rather than a cruise ship. What differences stand out to you in that metaphor, and how does it challenge the way you currently view church?

  2. Jesus called His disciples to become “fishers of people” (Luke 5:10). What does that look like in our lives today? How do we live that out in our daily routines, not just on Sundays?

  3. The message warned that many people treat church as a place to “recharge” rather than as a way of life and mission. How can we shift from being “passengers” to being “crew members” in the work of the church?

  4. Reinhard Bonnke had a vision of “Africa shall be saved,” and gave his life to it. If God gave you a vision or mission for your community, family, or generation, what might it be? How would you live differently if you clung to that vision?

  5. The sermon ended with the reminder that being part of God’s mission means to serve, give, attend, and invite. Which of those four areas comes most naturally to you, and which one challenges you the most right now?
