- What is something currently causing you stress or anxiety, and which part of Psalm 23 speaks most directly to that situation? Why?
- The message says, “God gives us what He knows we need, not what we think we need.” Can you think of a time when something you didn’t want or expect ended up being exactly what you needed?
- How does following God’s “right paths” reduce stress in practical ways? Where are you tempted to leave His path and do things your own way?
- Psalm 23 says God is with us in the dark valley, not that we avoid the valley. How does that change the way you view difficult seasons in your life?
- If you truly believed “it’s all going to be good” because of God’s ultimate promise, how would that change the way you handle stress, fear, or uncertainty today?
